From September, it will be possible to read scientific articles in the quarterly legal journal "Justitia". Receipt of articles for the first issue of the magazine will start next week. The Minister of Justice held a presentation of the scientific publication with the representatives of the academic circles.

 According to Rati Bregadze, the magazine "Justitia" will contribute to the development of certain fields of law and deepen the academic discussion on legal issues. The editor of the magazine and a member of the editorial board will be:

 Mindia Ugrekhelidze, former chairperson of the Supreme Court of Georgia, former judge of the European Court of Human Rights, and currently an advisor to the Minister of Justice. The editorial policy of the magazine is determined by the editorial board with the following composition: Minister of Justice, Rati Bregadze; Chair of the Constitutional Court, Merab Turava; Full Professor at TSU, former Minister of Justice, Tevdore Ninidze; Chair of the Supreme Court, Nino Kadagidze; Former Chairperson of the Constitutional Court, former Minister of Justice, John Khetsuriani. 

The journal IUSTITIA will be an international peer-reviewed publication. It will be published in Georgian and English and will be available in both print and electronic form.
